Dress Code

The introduction of a dress code is intended to clarify the informal school policy regarding the dress standards to be adopted. School Council and the wider community wish to ensure a consistently high standard of dress and general appearance. The wearing of uniform is encouraged and supported by most pupils.

White shirt / polo shirt, grey trousers, in warmer weather, grey shorts for boys and blue checked dress or two piece for girls. School jumpers or cardigans should be worn for school outings and formal occasions. They may also double up for extra warmth in games sessions and should be worn in school when the weather is colder.

Jeans, tracksuits, sports tops, t-shirts, beachwear and trainers are not allowed unless the dress code has been suspended for the day, usually as a fundraising opportunity.
