School Meals
From September 2022 school meals will cost £2.50 per day (£12.50 per week).
Meals are provided free of charge to pupils in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2.
All school meals should be booked and paid for via Parentmail. The current menu can be viewed below.
Free School Meals
If you receive the following benefits you are entitled to claim for free school meals:
- Income Support
- Job Seeker's Allowance (NOT contribution based JSA)
- Employment and Support Allowance (NOT contribution based JSA)
- support under part IV of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 - National Asylum Seekers Support (NASS)
- the guarantee element of State Pension Credit
- Child Tax Credit - providing you are NOT entitled to Working Tax Credit and you have an annual income (as assessed by HMRC) that does not exceed £16,190 (as at 6 April 2012)
- Working Tax Credit 'run-on' - the payment you receive for a further four weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit
- Universal Credit (provided that you have an annual net earned income of no more than £7400, as assessed by earnings from up to three of your most recent assessment periods)
If you currently receive Working Tax Credit (other than the "run-on") you are not eligible to claim.
